Grounds Technician

Axiom Property Management has an immediate opportunity for a Grounds Technician based at our properties in Gladstone, MO.

The responsibilities of the position will include the upkeep of the grounds including the removal of litter, debris, and pet droppings, upkeep of the hallways, trash-outs of vacant units, assisting the maintenance technicians with various tasks, and other duties as assigned by the Community Manager.

Great Pay and Benefits

Base Hourly Rate: $14/hr to $16/hr
