Summer Leasing Agent Opportunity
Axiom Property Management, based out of Kansas City, is an owner/operator in the multifamily industry with more than 20 properties and roughly 2,500 apartment units in the Kansas City market.

Summer Leasing Agent
Axiom Property Management has a summer opportunity (May through early August) for two Summer Leasing Agents based in each of the following two areas: Shawnee, Lee’s Summit/Gladstone.
The responsibilities of the position will include greeting prospective residents, professionally presenting the features and benefits of the assigned community, assisting in securing lease agreements; qualifying new residents; filing paperwork and in general office duties.
Experience & Requirements:
- 16 years or older
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Valid Driver’s License
Great Pay
Base Hourly Rate: $16/hr
