Axiom Property Management, based out of Kansas City, is an owner/operator in the multifamily industry with more than 20 properties in the Kansas City market.

Position Responsibilities:
APM is looking to add a leasing agent to our team in the western Kansas City areas. This position will be based in Olathe, but will float from Spring Hill to Leavenworth, depending on the needs of the properties. The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, greeting prospects, presenting professionally the features and benefits of the assigned community, securing lease agreements, qualifying new residents and the candidate must have the ability to work an occasional Saturday.
**Base Annual Rate: $17/hr to $19/hr – Biweekly Pay Dates**
Experience & Requirements:
- Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Yardi preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Positive references
