Make Ready Technician
Axiom Property Management, based out of Kansas City, is an owner/operator in the multifamily industry with more than 20 properties in the Kansas City and Lincoln, Nebraska markets. We have an immediate opportunity for a Make Ready Technician to join our team servicing our properties in Gardner, Olathe, Spring Hill, Eudora, and Tonganoxie, KS.
Position Responsibilities:
Their primary responsibility is to ensure that all vacated apartments are thoroughly restored to “market ready” status in a timely manner and according to the Regional Maintenance Manager’s timetable.
Experience & Requirements:
- Ability to pass a criminal/driving record check
- Valid Driver’s License
- Positive references

Great Pay and Benefits
Base Annual Rate: $15/hr to $18/hr
