Regional Maintenance Manager

Axiom Property Management, based out of Kansas City, is an owner/operator in the multifamily industry with more than 25 properties in the Kansas City market.

Axiom Property Management has an immediate opportunity for a Regional Maintenance Manager to provide leadership in directing all preventative maintenance and resolving all maintenance related resident requests working primarily in our central and south regions which has properties spanning from Shawnee, Kansas to Gardner, Kansas.

The responsibilities of the position will include the daily management and development of the Maintenance Technicians, building of customer relations with the Community Managers and internal and external vendors, managing the resolution of service tickets generated from our residents and directing the preventative maintenance and repair on the properties. Supervisory experience with troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, general carpentry, and appliance repair will be necessary to handle the day-to-day expectations for maintenance of the properties. HVAC diagnosis and repair experience a plus.

Successful candidates will be responsible to assist in managing “on-call” support where the Maintenance Technicians and Make Ready Technicians participate in taking call on a rotating basis.

Experience & Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years relevant and well-rounded leadership in providing maintenance support in the multi-family industry across multi properties
  • Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • No felonies within the last 10 years
  • Positive references

Great Pay and Benefits

Base Annual Rate: $28/hr to $32/hr
