Make Ready/Grounds Technician
Axiom Property Management has an immediate opportunity for a Make Ready/Grounds Technician that will be based primarily at our property in Overland Park, The Luis, but also occasionally servicing our properties in Olathe and the Gardner areas as well.
Their primary responsibility is to ensure that all vacated apartments are thoroughly restored to “market ready” status in a timely manner and according to the Regional Maintenance Manager’s timetable. In addition, the Make Ready/Grounds Technician will be responsible for the upkeep of the exterior of the property including the removal of litter, debris, and pet droppings, upkeep of the hallways, and trash-outs of vacant units. Finally, they may assist with maintenance tickets and other tasks assigned by the Regional Maintenance Manager or the Community Manager.
Successful candidates will be responsible to provide “on-call” support on a rotating basis.
**Base Hourly Rate: $17/hr to $20/hr**
Experience & Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in the multi-family industry preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable Transportation
- Positive references
