Lawn Maintenance/Landscape Supervisor
Axiom Family of Companies, based out of Kansas City, is an owner/operator in the multifamily industry with more than 20 properties in the Kansas City and Lincoln, Nebraska markets. On January 1, 2021 we launched our Commercial Lawn Maintenance and Landscape Company SWYFT and have an immediate opportunity for a Lawn Maintenance / Landscape Supervisor to join our team.
Position Responsibilities:
The position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, supervising crews, performing quality control, acquiring and delivering materials, along with landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, turf applications, weeding, spring and fall cleanups, shrub trimming, mulching, installing edging, planting (primarily trees, shrubs, flowers), topsoil and rock application, drainage, sodding, aeration and seeding.
Experience & Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in commercial lawn maintenance and landscaping
- 1 to 2 years’ supervisory experience
- Familiarity with equipment such as mowers, blowers, string trimmers, etc.
- Licensed or certified to apply lawn applications (preferred)
- Valid Driver’s License (Class E for Missouri residents) and experience driving a truck with a full trailer
- Pass a DOT drug screen and physical
- Positive references

Great Pay and Benefits
Base Annual Rate: $20/hr to $25/hr
